Facial surgery
Rhinoplasty
A nose that belongs to your face.
Open or closed-technique rhinoplasty designed around your facial geometry, ethnicity and breathing function. We are conservative by intention — the goal is a result no one can name, only notice.

How we work.
We begin with a long conversation, not a measurement. We map the proportions you were born with, what you breathe through today, and what you would change if you could change one thing. From there we build a surgical plan you can read line by line before you ever sign anything.
- Preservation rhinoplasty available
- Functional + aesthetic in one stage
- 3D pre-surgical simulation
Stylised illustration. Real patient imagery is shown in consultation only, with written consent.
Are you a candidate?
We tell you honestly at the first consultation. Final decisions are made after a cooling-off period of at least two weeks.
- Adults 18+ with mature facial development
- Non-smokers, or able to abstain 4 weeks pre/post
- Stable weight and general health
- Realistic expectations refined in consultation
Three stages. No surprises.
- 01
Initial consultation
60 — 90 minutes. Photographs, breathing assessment, and an open conversation about what you want — and what you do not.
- 02
Surgical planning
We return with a detailed plan, simulated outcomes from multiple angles, and a clear cost letter. No decisions are made on day one.
- 03
The day of surgery
Admission at 7:00. Surgery typically begins at 9:00. You will be home by evening with a discreet external splint.
