How we work.
Augmentation is a measurement exercise dressed up as a feeling. We measure your chest base, soft tissue thickness, and skin envelope — and we plan an implant that disappears into your shape rather than sitting on top of it.

We tell you honestly at the first consultation. Final decisions are made after a cooling-off period of at least two weeks.

Implant selection
We try sizers in a sports bra at your second visit. We do not pressure profile or volume — we let you live with the choice for a week.

Surgery
Performed under general anaesthesia, with intercostal nerve block to minimise post-operative pain. Discharge same day with a soft surgical bra.

First weeks
Sleep on your back for 6 weeks. Surgical bra worn day and night for the first 4 weeks.
